I am a returning patient as each and every visit I feel that I am getting the best care possible for my vision, which means the world to me. The front office staff and extremely welcoming and professional. I feel the testing that is done prior to my seeing my doctor and very high tech and covering all bases of my vision. I am impressed each and every time I see Dr. Cullen-Regan as she clearly goes over all the test results with me and takes her time giving me further vision tests and provides me with my prescription for glasses. She answers all my questions and seriously takes interest in my vision. I highly suggest coming here, as I researched Insight Family Vision Care and am very happy with my decision to trust them with my vision care.
I have been coming to insight family vision care for many many years now, as I have been wearing contacts since the 6th grade and I’m 28 now, and Dr. Alles is truly the best optometrist I’ve ever had! He is so attentive, personable, nice, caring, and thorough. He listens to all of my concerns and explains everything in detail to me. The staff up front are also so wonderful and caring, and explain everything in detail to you as well! I will never go to another optometrist as they always take great care of me! I truly recommend this office if you are looking for a great optometrist and great office overall.
I’ve seen Dr Alles for years in Joliet/ New Lenox. Yesterday was my first time as a new patient at the Tinley Park office. I had an issue pop up and called expecting to be seen possibly within a few days and was shocked to hear “He’s double booked but we can squeeze you in. Can you come now?” I walked in, was greeted immediately by a friendly, welcoming staff and seen promptly by Doctor. Very thankful for a great experience!
I always find the the office neat and clean and the the staff very helpful. Dr Alles is very competent, thorough, nice, articulate and spends the time you need answering any questions you may have. There is a sense of contentment about the office you don't find in many places and I like that!
