Excellent customer service. The exam with the Optometrist went very smoothly and she explained everything she was doing and the reasons to the changes in Rx. Regarding the rest of the process, Jannette is just amazing! We have visited them several times to pickup the lenses, glasses, etc. and she’s always been super friendly. Her attention to detail even when she’s dealing with more than one person is outstanding. Btw, I absolutely love my new glasses!
