La Optica Altamira Vision

I have to say, in my personal experience with their central office yesterday 09/09/25, who scheduled my appointment, were very unprofessional, provided wrong and incorrect information and instructions how to get tho the correct optical place, and to add insult to injury, the person hung the phone on me. But once I made it to the correct location of the optical place, they treated me with kindness respect they were very cordial, and the Optometrydoctor was amazing. Very professional.

Don't deliver as ordered. A co-worker and I ordered and both prescriptions were incorrect.

It's a complete rip-off. I had to pay $10 to go to their optical shop only to be told they don't have a doctor and can't do the exam. I don't recommend it at all; they overcharge. Just find another optical shop.

The doctor was very kind. But the optical shop's services—quality, staff, etc.—get zero stars. When I went to pick them up, they had to send me back to replace the lenses because they had taken the wrong prescription. I had to return them a second time because the lenses felt loose. The employee told me I had to leave them back a second time because the lens size didn't fit properly in the glasses. Something you shouldn't forget is the "pd" (presumably referring to a specific prescription or service) on your prescription. If you decide to order replacement lenses online, have that information ready. It's part of the prescription, but they leave it blank. Then they charge you an extra $10 if you need them. Why not include it from the beginning?
