Eve and Nancy are the best at helping you find frames that fit your face shape and personal style. I’ve been going to Integrated since I was a kiddo, 25+ years. They have always been the so kind and helpful. The location near old mill has been so amazing for my west side life. I am very appreciative of the whole team there.

I lost my prescription sunglasses and left a message with the optical department. Dacia called me back the next morning to confirm my insurance details and gave me 20% off from a promo they were having. I couldn’t be happier about that! Everyone I’ve interacted with in both the medical and optical departments have been highly knowledgable, professional, friendly and helpful. When I last saw Dr. Lasater for an eye exam, she was able to diagnose a couple of eye conditions, provided detailed answers to my questions and treatment options. The doctors and staff are really wonderful here. My parents were patients of Dr Carmiencke before he retired and it’s really nice to know the practice passed on to Dr Carmiencke-Scott and has maintained the same quality of care.

I was visiting from another state and this office promptly returned my call and worked with me to get contacts for the rest of my trip since I mistakenly brought the wrong lenses. They were a godsend and truly saved the day. The office is really nice inside as well!
