My first visit to IEC was great. Dr. Thoele was kind and his associates were very helpful. I double checked my new insurance prior to my visit and it said I didn't have vision coverage. The women insisted on running it for me anyway and turns out I do have coverage. I was very grateful for their help.

The Doctor was very good at explaining to me my choices. Believe we will stick with him now. My husband will begin using him next year. Staff was amazing. Everyone was professional.

This place is ridiculous and shares your personal info with third party company AEG. Looks nice on the outside but is dirty inside, carpet needs vacuumed and baseboards havent been wiped/painted in forever! The workers are rude & ignorant to what their jobs should entail. They only want to push the expensive glasses and progressive lenses

Poor customer service and ethics. Diagnosis’ patient with lifelong debilitating eye condition and does not follow up or refer to a more qualified specialist. When reaching out to clinic they refuse to see the patient or help in anyway. All eye drops are signed by this eye doctor and original diagnosis made by this eye doctor. I do not recommend going if you want moral and ethical care. Patients are only treated as a dollar bill and not a human being.

Dr Theole is awesome - He's always in a good mood, very helpful and informative, plus he genuinely cares. The girls are super helpful with frames and explaining the options for lenses. I've had glasses for 30 years and this is the best eye dr I've ever had!
