I was throughly examined since I've been diabetic for the past 20 yrs and had never had my eyes check. The doctor told me that I have healthy eyes with some level of astigmatism. She did not that I am starting to develop a cataract in my left eye, but said that I can see well enough to drive and that it was my choice as to well I wanted to wear glasses or not. I chose not to at this time, but I'm sure I will eventually. She said there was no damage from being diabetic so that was good to hear, since that was the main reason why I had my eyes checked to begin with. I would totally recommend InVision Family Eye Care. Great staff, great Doctor! See you again in 2 years!

You won't find a more thorough and knowledgeable optometrist than Dr. Bahr! Her staff is amazing, and well trained. Everyone is so kind there. I've been going to InVision for years. It has such a welcoming atmosphere, too. The people who measure you for progressive lenses are very accurate as well, and are great at adjust glasses. I have to have detailed medical exams and she does those, too. Services I don't use/need but I've heard great things about include diabetic eye care and dry eye treatments. I've even heard eye doctors at other clinics suggest I Vision, that's how good they are there! It's always very clean, including their restroom. They have their own parking lot, which is nice. I always know my exam by Dr. Bahr is very accurate and can trust what she says and her findings. And she's not afraid to refer out for specialized care to retina opthalmologists, should you need one, like I did once. I just couldn't recommend InVision and Dr. Bahr highly enough!

Dr Bahr is very efficient and thorough. She told me about a serious condition and referred me to a group that she trusts. I have now completed the necessary treatment and can see better than I ever remember. The entire staff is very kind and accommodating. I am very glad that I found Invision Family Eye Care.

As a physician, I cared for Dr. Bahr, before I retired and was so impressed with her as a patient that I decided to switch my own care to her. I have never regretted that decision. She is very friendly, but very professional. She stays up to date & her equipment is top flight. She does a very thorough and comprehensive exam. She has been very patient with me & met all my needs. The office is well organized and well run. Certainly not cheap, but top quality care.

I've gone the cheap route of ordering my glasses through Zenni optical. And yes that has been cheaper. But I decided this time around the horn to go ahead and purchase my frames and lenses from Invision. It was more pricey than I thought it would be, but now I can see better than I have ever seen before. With the online glasses, I found myself having to adjust, getting headaches, and then having photochromatic lenses that took a long time to transition over. I went ahead and took the eye doctor's advice and bought my lenses and frames from them. I was very amazed at the entire experience from the front office staff, the eye doctor and exam, and then the optical technician that fitted me with the right frames and lenses. They also do state-of-the-art procedures that look at the entire eye even to the optic nerve. I think. It was a very comprehensive eye exam and I feel very confident that I received the best care that I could get on all things eye and optical. It's not cheap, but it is entirely worth the value and the long-term benefits.
