I have personally been going to see Dr. Lynch for 15 years. But ever since this place became regional eye care and no longer a local business I have had nothing but issues. My issues are never with the doctor, rather the poor business practice. This year I had an opportunity to get an eye exam somewhere else and attempted to use that prescription in the store. Somehow that wasn’t good enough and they wouldn’t let me purchase glasses. I’m sorry, but I can’t help but think that’s only because I didn’t get my prescription with them. On something that already cost several hundred dollars to buy, they just made it more difficult. I will be taking my business elsewhere for the next 15 years. I know one person might not seem like they contribute a lot, but I have consistently given along with insurance minimum five to $600 per year since I’ve been going here. Again, I really appreciate Dr. Lynch, I think he’s a good guy, but I will no longer support regional eye care.
