Sullivan eye clinic is staffed with courteous professionals who make sure patient satisfaction is priority one. Dr. Riley has been caring for my optometrist needs since 2019 right after I relocated from Texas and always takes the time to review every aspect of diabetic examinations and prescription changes. Big thumbs up.
Very professional and Dr. Riley and his staff are the best . Courteous , friendly and knowledgeable on all fronts in the eye care field. Your eyes are one of the most precious things to living a good healthy life. In short don’t trust just anyone with your eyes. They have all the new up to date equipment and superior optometrist. Also great selection of many styles, types, brands of frames. You won’t be disappointed.
Hey everyone! I’ve been going to Sullivan Eye Care for 20+ years. Dr. Scanlon was my doctor. Good man. Now I see Dr. Prange. Good man. Very patient, easy at explaining things to make sure a person understands what’s going on with their care. Annette in the optical department is great! She’s another that’s very patient, explains well & does her best to get your glasses back to you. She has a nice smile too!😁 The people at the front desk, Brandon & a woman (don’t know her name), are very nice people. Everyone else is very nice too. Nice and efficient office. I felt like my son was well taken care of. I was nervous with his history of crossed eyes I would probably be sent up to st louis. I looked all over to try to find somewhere close to home that might be able to help and they were great! I felt like the doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time getting to a solution. The assisting staff were friendly and very helpful.
Outstanding!! I arrived about 40 minutes early, I was greeted immediately by Donna at the front desk with a smile! Next, the lovely girl that did my initial testing was very professional and explained what she was doing. Then, Dr. Lauren came into do my exam. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. She even called later to tell me my insurance would not cover my eyedrops, she wrote another script for me! I think this place goes above and beyond for their patients!
