Brought my daughter in for an eye exam and had a great experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. My daughter was nervous, but they were great with her and explained everything clearly as they went. Especially appreciate the ladies who patiently took the time to teach her how to use her new contacts and made sure she was comfortable with them.
Everybody in the office was very very friendly and professional. The technician was great and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable. And then doctor c r o w e was very thorough as well as friendly and easy to get along with. At the end of the appointment he made me feel comfortable with his recommendations on moving forward in investigating cataract surgery
It was a very nice visit. I was nervous about going, but Dr Hill was easy to talk to which made the eye test actually enjoyable instead of stressful. It was good to know I have healthy eyes. With the floaters I have, it sometimes makes it harder to look at things clearly, so I was worried about that. The staff were very nice and it was good seeing staff that was there when I was there before. Felt like visiting friends. I'm glad I chose to go back.
This was my daughter and my first time here. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Dr Crowe was very nice and thorough and explained everything to us. He really took the time to answer all my questions. My 16 yo old is looking forward to meeting with Bobbi next week to get fitted for contacts. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for an eye care place that feels like home.
I can’t say enough good things about the staff! They are truly top-notch and are always willing to help in any way they can. Everyone is friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. I’ve also been very impressed with the quick turnaround time when getting my contacts and glasses. Great service from start to finish—I highly recommend them!
