My annual diabetic eye exam was completed recently. The staff was very cordial and pleasant during my visit. The eye exam was productive and very technically very interesting. They all answered any and all of my questions. I loves the fact that the next day a report was viewable in MyChart.
Ladies at feont desk are always polite and welcoming. Dr.Thatch was very thorough with my eye exam and explained everything to me that was done and what she found. Was very pleased with my visit as always. Would highly recommend

Need to learn how to bill insurance and look at benefits. My insurance covers contact fittings and they wanted to charge me and said insurance companies don’t cover that. I had my coverage pulled up… maybe train your people.
