I recently brought my 17 year old daughter in to be seen here. I will absolutely not go anywhere but here moving forward. The doctor took his time and was so good about explaining things to us. He found some very concerning things and yet somehow I still felt calm when in the room with him. It is because of him that we finally got some much needed answers for my daughter's health that we have battled for years. Big Mercy had nothing but amazing things to say about what he did in sending my daughter to be seen and get the testing that should have been done years ago! The staff is just as great and the over all experience was nothing but positive. Please give them your business! I know this is where my family will continue to go. I truly can't thank them enough.

This team is fantastic. I had my first visit today, and the knowledge that the team has is amazing. Everything was explained to me in ways I could understand, I didn’t feel rushed at all, and everyone was so friendly. If I could give them a 6/5, I would.

Top-notch eye care from start to finish. The clinic uses modern equipment, and every staff member was polite and professional. The optometrist took their time during the exam as well! Highly recommend!

Tracy greets you with a smile and kind words. Very professional as well. Dr Pfeiffer also very professional and explains the exam so that one understands . The staff and Doctor are just wonderful. 🙂

My experience from the minute I walked in the door. The girls at the desk greeted me immediately, my wait to see the Dr was only a few minutes. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing along the way. I definitely recommend!!
