The staff of the clinic was conscious about my time. The staff member that helped me with my glasses is wonderful and patient as I kept changing my mind. She goes out of her way to work out the best way to utilize my insurance. She's also incredibly fun and personable.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Hauler. I especially appreciated the kind, upbeat, and effective support of the Alpha Optical team, who were new to me. In making the appointment, completing paperwork, and conducting some of the vision testing, staff members with whom I interacted were delightful.

Our experiences in 2024 were not consistent with the glowing reviews. We felt unheard and dismissed. I went here three times, twice for me and once for my daughter. On none of those occasions did we get a satisfactory prescription, and our insistence that the prescription was not correct was essentially ignored because we are nearly 20/20. After going elsewhere, we have correct prescriptions with astigmatic correction that WORKS, and we can finally see with the clarity.

I had the priviledge of being treated yesteday by Dr. Luv Rivera who is an extraordinary doctor. I had a difficult and complecated situation with my eyes - after catarat surgery, my eyes weren't focusing correctly. Dr Luv spend a great deal of time explaining this condition and trying to find the best solution. She is a great doctor and a lovely person.

Staff and docs are super helpful and knowledgeable. Their frame selection is great a well. I love coming here every year 💜
