My husband and I have been coming to The Eyecare Center for many years now, and we've always been extremely pleased with the service we've received. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the attention to detail is top-notch. Highly recommend!
Well. I hate giving a bad review on anyone. But this was ridiculous. My 12 year old lost her screw out of her glasses and needed to be fixed. She has worn glasses since she was 3 years old. We went inside and asked them would they please be able to put a screw inside our glasses. They took the glasses and look at them and said they can't pull the spring back so they can put the screw in. Which is normal on the spring glasses that you must hold the arm of the glasses with a pair of pliers and drop the screw in the hole so it will line up and use the spring action. She told me that they can't do that because we didn't buy the glasses from them. Then I asked her could I please use the small screwdriver and do it myself and she said no. Mostly because we did not buy the glasses from them. We did not ask for anything free I would have paid them for their time but they were very rude and acted like a real Karen. You treat everyone as you would want to be treated and you would think they would treat someone such as a 12 year old little girl with more respect and kindness then what they gave. I recommend not coming here.
Dr. Martin is so nice and personable. Very concerned with her patients eye health. Highly recommend.
From beginning to end of appointment everyone in office were as nice and helpful as possible. Dr. Martin is exceptional. Kind and professional. Highly recommend.
