Dr Parker and her staff are wonderful! They are thorough and knowledgeable! I really needed an appointment for new glasses before my FSA money ran out. They kindly called me when they had a cancellation and worked me in. They have a great selection of frames and are very helpful with choosing what worked best for me!
From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everyone is great! I’m a patient with lots of questions and I come up with even more after I leave . These ladies are always so patient and kind . Dr Parker is very caring annd concerned beyond just putting glasses on you! Her office is great at answering texts and questions in a timely and courteous manner ! Highly recommend this office !
Upon arrival I was greeted by the office staff and was quickly taken back for the eye check. Then was seen by Dr Parker at which time my exam was quick and knowledgeable. Great appointment!
Super friendly staff, every time! Even when there are several people waiting, it moves fairly quickly. Even though they keep things moving they still take the time to answer my questions, explain things so that I understand and do everything in their power to make sure I leave there happy!
