Jackman Eye

The low rating is strictly for the fact that I was not informed until the end of my appointment that my insurance was out of network. I gave my insurance info over the phone before the appointment, gave it again in the office right before the appointment, and then at the very end of the appointment was hit with a surprise $155 bill. They could have told me at any point beforehand that I was out of network, and I would have found another provider.

I have been a patient a Jackman Eye for over 10 years. Dr. Huser is professional, a great listener, fun and really strives to meet my needs for contacts over glasses. I'm a huge fan of Jackman Eye!

This place came recommended by my son's eye doctor. Really excellent service. My son was treated like a king! He loves his new glasses (okay it took a few days) and the staff made sure to pay extra attention to the fit and give some knowledge on how to take care of the glasses and how to put the straps on and all that jazz. Prices were reasonable actually and less than what I was expecting and they have some nice styles in the kids section.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience! Dr Tekell was kind, thorough, and very good at explaining things and answering questions. Then I had amazing help from Rachael picking out my first ever pair of glasses. I went home and marinated about my choice and had second thoughts. I went back that day and Tony (rockstar) was able to help me easily make a change to my order. It’s clearly evident that the whole team here cares about the patients and loves what they do! 11/10 would highly recommend

Their technology is top-notch, so I always feel confident I’m getting the best eye care available. And when it comes to glasses—Tony is the best! He helped me pick out a fresh pair, and their selection is just plain fun. Whether you’re looking for bold statement frames or everyday classics, they’ll make sure you leave with something you feel amazing in. The office itself is welcoming and super cute, which makes the whole experience even better. I can’t recommend Jackman Eye enough—I’ll definitely continue coming here for years to come!
