I had an amazing visit at the eye doctor. Dr. Jackson was very knowledgeable, personable and down to earth. She listened to much concerns and my random talks with ease. Love the customer service! The glasses selection was very nice and Megan was a great help to me. They were very clean and I LOVE that it's black women owned. She was be my go to eye doctor from now on!
I am happy to be a Jackson Eye client again! I was a customer in the past but some insurance changes required me to stop. Now I have insurance that Jackson Eye accepts again. It's great to be back! The service is always professional and courteous and efficient. Dr. Jackson is very knowledgeable and talented. My exams, glasses and contacts from them are the best I've ever had! And the office is really stylish and comfortable too.

The entire office has such a positive, friendly atmosphere, and every single staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and genuinely pleasant. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. One thing that stood out to me immediately was how incredibly clean and well-maintained the office was. Everything was spotless, organized, and inviting, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. I also appreciated seeing a diverse staff. As a woman of color, it made me feel even more at ease and welcomed. Representation matters, and it was refreshing to walk into a space where I felt seen and comfortable from the start. Exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find these days, but this team absolutely exceeded my expectations.
