I had such a wonderful experience at Arbor Place Eye Care at Camp Creek! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. I especially appreciated how attentive everyone was and how they took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. It’s refreshing to receive that level of customer service and care. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a pleasant experience. I’m definitely happy to have found a place where I feel valued as a patient. Highly recommend! 👏🏽👓✨

The visit itself was fine, but I’m giving this office 3 stars because of what happened with the contact lens exam. I wear glasses, not contacts. Both the technician who took me to the back and the eye doctor repeatedly encouraged me to try contacts. I explained to both of them that I’ve tried contacts before and they’re simply not a good fit for me. Despite that, they continued to push the idea. The doctor told me that because my prescription is so strong, the contact fitting and trial should be covered as a medical necessity. I specifically asked if it would be free, and she shrugged and said, “Yeah, might as well if it’s free.” Today I received a bill for $81 because I had already used my vision benefits for my glasses, meaning the contact fitting and contact exam were not covered. I truly believe this charge should be dismissed. Both the doctor and the assistant knew I never wanted contacts in the first place and only agreed because I was told there would be no cost. The assistant even called me about the bill, and I reminded him that I had never wanted the contacts to begin with. He said he would pass my concerns along. Now I’m waiting to see if anyone follows up. Had I been told there would be an $81 charge, I would have declined the contact exam entirely.

I would like to say this office staff was awesome. I was greeted with a welcome. I was seen on time, Deene a staff member was on point she showed me glasses that were affordable and asked what I like. We looked at glasses until I found the perfect pair, I wanted glasses similar to what I had but we went a different route and I absolutely love my glasses, Ralph Lauren frames, lightweight and stylish. I love them and can’t wait till they arrive. Oh yes my doctor was so nice and explained everything to me in detail plus gave me her business card if I should have any questions. Showed me every test I done and explained everything. Exceptional customer service!! I’m very pleased. Valerie

The customer service was amazing. The professionalism and care that I received was AMAZING. Tre greeted me with a warm welcome and Rakeena provided a stellar pre exam. Dr. Donoffrio answered all of my questions and I left the exam with a complete understanding of my prescription. Miski completed my checkout (with a smile) and advised me of the next steps to purchasing glasses. Tierra, the manager, ensured that my visit ran smoothly. I will definitely be back next year!

The staff and doctor was great. I made my appt on Thursday for a Saturday morning appt, insurance was varied even though i didn't know it changed from eyemed to Superior Vision. Arrived at 9:45am and I was in and out before 11am. all techs, front desk, doctor and Deena was great with ordering my color contacts.
