Do not support this business. Veterans avoid this location for VA C&P exams. The staff lacks basic communication and professionalism. I was placed in a dark room for an eye exam with zero instructions, and when I asked for clarification, the technician was dismissive, walked out, and shut the door. There are also serious hygiene concerns. The machine was never wiped down, and the eye patch I was given was not from a sealed or sanitized package. When I tried to ask for clarification, the doctor became hostile and unprofessional. Even after the exam was terminated and I was leaving, the doctor actually opened the clinic door to shout a sarcastic remark ("thanks for stopping by") after me. Sketchy area, unprofessional staff, and terrible clinical hygiene. Veterans, do your claim a favor and request a different facility. I do not trust him to give a fair and accurate assessment considering he had his technician administering the exam.

Overall a great experience and amazing customer service. Dr.Sharma was very kind and informative with any questions or concerns. I will be coming back for my follow up and looking forward to it.

Had my first eye exam here in years and honestly expected a rushed process. Instead, every test was explained properly before it started. The nurse even adjusted the chair twice to make me comfortable during one of the machine checks.

Eye center of Atlanta has very friendly people and are helpful for whatever you need. Dr. Sharma is very nice and generous. He works with you with anything you need. he is also flexible with what time you can schedule an appointment. My son enjoys coming to him.

I had an appointment as a new patient about a year ago after moving to Atlanta, and while it was fine, I’m going to a different doctor this year (which is what’s reminding me to write this review!). The pros: It was easy to schedule an appointment, the location was convenient, the appointment was pretty quick, and I got what I needed, a new contacts prescription. The cons: The doctor was pushing me to try a different type of contact that was more expensive, and it felt a bit sales-y—I told him I liked my contacts (which I’ve used with no issues for 15 years) and wanted to order the same thing, so I don’t know why he kept pushing something else. I also told him about how I’d had a weird pressure and pain around my eyes when I’d had COVID a few months earlier, and he just said that COVID wouldn’t have caused that (with no follow up questions to try and figure out what else it could have been), and I felt a little dismissed. So overall it was okay, but I didn’t feel like the doctor listened to me as well as others I’ve had, so I’m not going back this year.
