Let's be real, no one likes going to the eye doctor. But when you must go, Dr Jen is the one for the job. She is unbelievably thorough, personable, and honest. She spent the time to answer many of my detailed questions with in depth answers and examples. She has a way to translate such complicated science about the eye in an informative digestible way. I'm so grateful to have found her on Yelp many months ago! Special shout-out to Emily! As a first time client, she was inviting and frankly fun to talk to. Also she helped me pick out the coolest pair of new glasses. PS- Dr Jen mentioned my prescription had hardly changed, so I wouldn't need a new pair of glasses. What?!? I don't think I've ever had a doctor not sell me on something. You got appreciate the honesty.

Bad customer service. DO NOT BUY CONTACTS FROM THEM. Eye test? Sure, go ahead. The eye doctors are fine. But then go online and order your contacts yourself. For one year of contacts, I could have paid $208 online. Instead, I paid these people $380. Oh, I'm getting a big $40 back, but through rebate. Meaning it's a whole other step added for you and then waiting to get money back on a card. ALSO, I ordered my contacts in March 9, and I finally got them today, May 12. UPS lost them originally and the store had no idea. But then getting In Focus Eye Center to rectify the problem took three weeks. I got a machine for week when I tried to call. I ended up having to go into the store so they would stop avoiding me. They never even gave me a new pair while I waited for the problem to be fixed. Terrible, terrible customer service. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.
This place is the best! I’m so grateful for the whole team who helped me with my new contacts and glasses. Dr.Martinez was very knowledgeable and patient when helping fine-tune my prescription.
Dr. Jen is no longer at this establishment which was a surprise to me when a new Dr. greeted me. The appointment felt very fast, Dr. Mario did not go over my retinal photo scan that I requested, previous Dr. would always go over and explain. Rooms were not as clean and equipment was dusty. Would not recommend like I used to.
I've been a patient here for about a decade, so I've cycled through a few different doctors here (from Dr. Jay in the beginning to the incredibly nice Dr. Jen to the very comprehensive Dr. Martinez), but they're all been fantastic: thorough, friendly, and make you feel listened to. The rest of the staff is incredibly efficient, professional, and easy to talk to. No one upsells you on glasses, and it's always easy to make an appointment.
