The receptionist group, the medical assistant as well as the Doctor were AMAZING! HOWEVER. I had a 10:45am Appointment & was NOT seen by the DR UNTIL 2pm. A approx 4hr wait! DR Lynsky was extremely apologetic explaining that there were 2 emergencies & that she was the only Dr on premises! I have a suggestion that could have changed the situation: The Receptionist or Med. Assistant could have Just come to the waiting room & said the FOLLOWING TO ME : "We have had an emergency! Would you like to wait? Go & get some lunch & call us? OR Would you like to reschedule?" It takes the responsibility off the Dr's office & gives it to a very happy patient who now feels seen & responsible! AND DOES NOT HAVE A LONG UNEXPLAINED WAIT!!!

Georgia Eye Partners Atlanta (Emory Midtown location) is my go-to clinic for my eye health in partnership with my optometrist. I love the staff at reception, the techs and the doctors - everyone is kind, professional and thorough. I always leave knowing what's been done, my current status, what I need to do, and when I'm scheduled to return. The waiting room is large and clean, there's free, secure Wi-Fi, and everyone does their best to make patients comfortable. The secondary waiting room is dimmed and relaxing. This clinic has modern equipment and will work with any eye condition - they really are dedicated to help with maintaining your vision.

Great visit with Dr Andrew Feinberg at Ga Eye Partners at Emory Midtown. He is extremely kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. As soon as I met him, I knew I had found the best eye specialist for me. He really listened to my issues and gave me all the time I needed to explain my situation. The office staff was great, and I did not have a long wait time to see the doctor. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I appreciate their professionalism.

Dr. Feinberg and his staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was able to get my questions and concerns addressed. Dr. Feinberg explained my choices for cataract lenses. No pressure to make a decision at that time. I appreciate that. C

Each step of my appointment was met with professionalism, warmth, and timely service, and care. Dr. Feinberg, Dee-Dee, Ashton, Raquel, and the gent at the front desk appear to have a passion for their work, providing guests with an amazing experience. 10/10 I recommend!
