Was referred here by a friend and am so grateful! Dr. Harold, Kat and Dee are wonderful. I’ve worn glasses and contacts for 20+ years but still learned more from them. I’ve always had a terribly difficult time finding glasses that fit me well and feel fun. This was hands down the most unique selection of glasses. I had several options to choose from (typically it’s only 2 due to small width). Kat was really helpful in curating ones for me to try and picked a pair I wouldn’t have self-selected but ended up loving! So happy to have found this practice. Will be telling more friends.

I can't tell you how happy I am with Framed. I bought a pair of glasses from Target years ago that I love. My progressive prescription's middle vision was too narrow and it hurt my already-injured neck to have to pivot to see so much. So I took them to Visionworks and asked them for help. They said I HAD to do bifocals b/c the shape of my lenses forced the middle vision to be so narrow. Target also said that. As did Warbly Parker and other places I took them to. I bought the bifocals and tried to make them work but it was difficult to go to art galleries and even focus on the person across the table from me. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and I bring them in as a reference for what I like, the issue with the middle vision, and everything every other place told me about the shape of the glasses being the problem. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who told me I could keep the frames I love and have them fitted with progressives. She just had to provide a note to the lab asking them to make them a particular way. Well, I picked them up and have been wearing them non-stop. I can't believe it. So! Go to Framed. They actually know what the hell they're doing.
Everyone was so kind and attentive and it was such a great experience! Highly recommend! Finally found some contacts that feel comfortable with my dry eyes after trying several popular brands and got cute new glasses as well!
I recently visited for an eye exam and new glasses. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of frames as well. I’m very happy with my experience and will continue to come here.
Both doctor and front office have sales pitches and reactionary objection handling tactics, and less patient forward consideration. I was told I have 20/20 farsighted vision and only need a light prescription to read, at night. But I got the sales pitch I need “everyday glasses” too and have needed them since I was ten years old and was also told that “this is the reason I am tired and rubbing my eyes at the end of every day.” Well that was a moment of prescription with no diagnosis. I was never asked if I felt tired at the end of a workday. I still went along with it, its a doctor recommendation and I am no doctor. I have had ray bans, have had only one pair, they had a ray bans advert up front so I asked about the quality of my 6 year old frames - I was then told that they don’t carry ray bans because they were acquired by a chinese manufacturer and the quality has gone down since. Well that felt weird so it compelled me to do some research If you go, “frame” your experience within a sales context. Good tech and choice of glasses but make an informed decision
