Dr. Jacobs is absolutely wonderful! He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. The staff is efficient, friendly, and always makes you feel welcome. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend!
I didn't realize it took me this long to put a review for Dr. Jacobs! My whole family and I have been seeing him for years. We love Dr. Jacobs and the office staff. They are super friendly, professional and great service. I always look forward to chatting with Dr. Jacobs about travels, family...life! My daughter and I also bought glasses through their office and have received great care. Anytime my daughter had any issues, Dr. Jacobs always tries to help! Highly recommend in the north Jersey area.
Service was amazing from start to finish. Staff were very friendly and professional. The Doctor was knowledgeable, professional and funny! The office is beautiful and spotless, the overall area is extremely safe and the parking lot was easily accessible. Absolutely recommended!
I’m so happy I found Dr. Jacobs. He spends a lot of time with his exam and answers all my concerns. I never feel rushed and have complete confidence in his recommendations. I’ve been a patient of Dr Jacobs for over 30 years and he is amazing. He takes his time, talks to you about what he sees, and has always been extremely professional, yet very down to earth and friendly. His staff is great and office is immaculate. We recently moved to CT and I may drive back for a check up because it’s hard to find comparable service.
