I have been going to this location over the past 5 years. Crystal is a great manager, even when complications with insurance arise. Very professional, informative, reasonable and understanding. I have also gotten lens put in my own frames which came out perfect. Highly recommend!
I had such an amazing experience at Jamaica Vision Center. The eye exam was thorough and comfortable. The doctor was fantastic, very knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy to understand. The technician who did the eye tests was also great and answered all my questions with confidence. After that, choosing my glasses was just as smooth. Aylin and Crystal were incredibly helpful and guided me through the options without any pressure. They really took the time to help me find something I loved. Nikka at the front desk was also wonderful, very welcoming, organized, and on top of scheduling. The whole team works really well together and you can feel that positive atmosphere. Everything flowed smoothly, timing was great, and I never felt rushed. They also offer flexible payment options, which I appreciated. The space is clean, tidy, and well maintained, with a great variety of frames to choose from. Overall, exactly what you would hope for in a vision care experience. Highly recommend!!
I had an amazing experience at this place when getting my glasses! I just picked up my glasses from their store and I love them. Not only is the place nice, the staff/costumer service is immaculate! They treated me and my family with patience as we had somewhat of a hard time deciding, but they continued to help choose which pair fits me best! Crystal did an amazing job with helping me choose my glasses as we also had a nice conversation! Thank you! I love this place and I highly recommend!
Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment, saw the doctor, and completed the examination. After the visit, I was supposed to receive my glasses, but the staff refused to help because it was 6:00 PM and the office was closing. Instead of completing the service I had already waited for, they told me to come back another day. If the office knows it cannot finish serving patients close to closing time, that should be communicated in advance. It is frustrating and disrespectful to patients' time to make them go through the entire visit and then send them away without the glasses they came for. Customer service and professionalism were lacking, and the experience left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this office based on how they treated us. The staff seemed more concerned with leaving on time than providing proper patient care or customer service. The entire experience felt unprofessional, dismissive, and frustrating. I left feeling disrespected and inconvenienced. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for eye care if you expect professionalism and basic courtesy.
I worked with Crystal. She helped me choose the right frame and gave me enough time to decide. She was very professional and made the whole process super smooth. Everyone else was really friendly as well. Would highly recommend Jamaica Vision Center if you're getting new frames, and could use some help in choosing the right product.
