I don't remember the young man's name that took care of me but he was excellent. Very kind and attentive. Double checked all the measurements and the glasses came back quickly.
Paisley was awesome! So friendly and helpful! These employees should be make commission along with their hourly pay.
The Manager had No sense of urgency Rude The Manager Brad saw me standing in line at the counter and proceeded to check someone else out as if i wasn't standing in line. He didn't say excuse me mam let me check her out first then I will get to you. Nothing just pushed me to the side. Last time coming and I've been going for years. Don't appreciate that at all. And the long wait .
Went in to get contacts. Said it would be about 2 weeks. Waited past the two weeks . No one could find my order . Then at last my contacts . He gave me my prescription same as my glasses. Never looked in my eyes period. Needless to say couldn’t wear them and see. I didn’t know your contacts are different than your eye glasses . but they did.
I've been getting me and my son's glasses here for years. Very friendly people and I've never had a problem with the wait time. Also great selection of frames
