My new patient appointment today was the most positive vision care experience I have ever had. Every person I encountered along the way was genuinely kind, respectful, caring, and accommodating. Due to a complex health history, I can feel quite anxious in new medical environments, but everyone at Loden made me feel completely at ease, accepted, and understood. I am incredibly grateful! First visit for consultation about cataract surgery referred to Loden by my eye doctor. The staff from check-in to check-out were wonderful, very personable and courteous. Everyone was so professional but cordial and made me feel right at home. Dr. Hackett was wonderful and took time to explain my options well and allowed me to ask plenty of questions. Nicole, the surgery counselor was very well detailed in all the information and organized in how she gave me info about all appointments and financial options. It was a very well-planned out consultation and I went away without any doubt I was in good hands!!

I can honestly say after struggling for years with glasses and contacts since I was eight years old, I finally took the leap of faith and got my LASIK surgery and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! My mom was the one who referred me & I should have listened sooner! The 15 minute procedure was broken down into about seven minutes per eye and to be able to get up and immediately see almost across town (ha ha) was beyond Amazing! I tell everyone I see or know who has contacts or glass to go to Loden! Even working my gig jobs I find myself being a spokeswoman for my vision haha! It’s time for my five year touch up and I am excited and hopefully get to experience the same procedure with Dr. Loden! Thank you so much you changed my life!

The lead technician (before I saw the doctor) was very experienced and thorough. She was really nice. The doctor was also very nice and I felt all my questions and concerns were addressed. My optician wasn’t as well trained on the Meta frames, which are becoming more popular, but she was really nice and working gleefully on her birthday. I recommend having a Ray Ban rep come in and train your opticians asap. If I had not already done my own research I would not have made my purchase because of the lack of training and demo frames available.

I recently had LASIK surgery here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the process, which really put my mind at ease. The surgery itself was surprisingly fast and completely painless. Most importantly, it was a total success. I highly recommend them to anyone considering laser eye surgery!
