I am leaving 3 stars because I loved my doctor, and they were able to get me in for a last-minute appointment, which I greatly appreciated. When I arrived, however, the front desk staff did not seem welcoming. I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than a patient being helped. The technician who performed my testing before I saw the doctor was very kind, and my doctor was excellent. My appointment itself was a positive experience. Unfortunately, things changed when I checked out and began looking at glasses. The front desk staff were openly speaking negatively about other patients within earshot of the waiting area. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and made me question the professionalism of the office. Because of that experience, I decided it would probably be best for me not to return. It’s disappointing because the clinical care I received was great, but the interactions at the front desk significantly impacted my overall experience.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Madison took time to assist with choosing eye glass frames for an undecided teenager. She talked to her about the size and shape of eyewear she was interested in resulting in the perfect pair for my granddaughter.

Had a situation on a Saturday with some scary symptoms. I actually cancelled an international flight and needed to find out what was happening before I could reschedule. Not only did they fit me in quickly, but the entire team could not have been nicer or any more thorough with the examination. Dr Bible clearly presented her diagnosis and I was on my way in less than an hour. I give this facility my highest recommendation!

I paid most of my balance at my visit and received a letter about the remainder of my bill. I tried calling this office 4 times and emailed them 3 times regarding the balance. I got no response from them. And instead of calling me back or returning my emails they sent me to collections. I find that highly unprofessional as a medical business. You should not have a phone number or email published if you are not going to answer them.
