1st time going here, was a great experience. The Assistant Manager Mila was awesome, she was super friendly and had a great attitude and very helpful. Mila made checking in for my appointment great! The Dr. was great also, friendly and explained the process to me, and then thanked me for my business. Highly recommend this eye clinic.

Company is a rip off. I schedule an eye appointment and they required retina eye exam. I am ok with it. I scheduled on a week day in the middle of the day and they still want to charge me $40 because dilation eye hour to avoid charge is either before noon or after 3 pm and no weekends at all. And my apt was on a week day at 1 pm.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never have I felt as poorly treated as a patient than when I recently encountered Dr. Ducklo and one particular hateful girl at his front desk. My very real concerns were met with callousness and disregard. I walked out, near tears and defeated…and without the eyewear I came for. I will NEVER go back there again! Ever. Update: Dr. Ducklo, it was your attitude and lack of compassion (or consideration) for my struggles with applying the contacts. I wanted to be able to practice with them at home. With the sample lenses, not just be given a year’s supply up front. And also not be forced to put them in with you or others standing there waiting. I told you I had anxiety, and expressly with putting contacts in. You couldn’t have cared less about my situation…only the legalities that pertained to YOU! Not my personal need! THAT is the reason for the poor review. Not the legalities of prescriptive eyewear!

Awesome staff. They had a cancellation on the day of my appointment for an earlier time. They asked it I could make it over. I had my 10 month old daughter with me because I hadn't planned on being there 3 hours early. They were very understanding and helped me with her while I was getting my exams done! Best crew hands down. Thank you Brant and Leia

I recently had an eye exam appointment at LensCrafters, ant Green Hills Mall and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Everyone, from check-in to the eye exam, to selecting glasses, was absolutely amazing! Despite not being a regular at LensCrafters, I needed to schedule a Saturday appointment due to time constraints. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and care I received throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The eye exam itself was thorough and conducted with precision, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a clear and informative manner. When it came time to select my new glasses, Jason provided valuable assistance in choosing the perfect pair that suited my style and needs. Overall, my experience at LensCrafters exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning for future eyecare needs.
