I had the best experience at LensCrafters! I was on holiday in Nashville from the UK and noticed something strange in my eye, which turned out to be a corneal ulcer. I visited LensCrafters, without an appointment, and the Optometrist saw me within the hour. They quickly diagnosed me and prescribed me the medicine I needed and were so knowledgeable and professional. I saw two different optometrists whilst I was there and they were both fantastic - I can’t thank them enough for the 5 star treatment they gave me. The blonde lady who did my eye pressure was also lovely with great customer service, and so was the brunette lady working behind reception. Thank you LensCrafters for giving me such great care!

I need to be totally honest. I met this guy at LensCrafters today. I had been looking online at a pair of glasses you carry, and this salesperson, Andrew, helped me. He was incredibly kind and had answers for everything. It feels almost impossible to get good service anywhere these days. I’m not even that old, but I’m definitely noticing it. I asked for Andrew’s card, went home, and did some research. The glasses I wanted were about $150 cheaper online. I called Andrew and simply asked if there was anything else he could do. He actually worked on the lens options and found me a setup that was cheaper than what I found online. I then asked him about the differences and the quality of the Varilux lenses. He completely sold me, and it never felt “salesy.” He just had answers, facts, and real knowledge. It genuinely felt like he cared. I actually became excited to buy from him instead of shopping online. So yeah... I never write reviews like this.

I had the best experience at LensCrafters today. I was able to receive an eye exam as a walk in, and the staff was very welcoming. Olivia, Dr. Ducklo, Jason, and Jonathan were all very professional, efficient, and helpful with completing my eye exam and helping me pick out my first pair of glasses! I will definitely be going back for my annual exam every year! They will take great care of you!

The Greenhill LensCrafters demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, and they offered to clean my old glasses with a sonic cleaner. Jason Stevenson provided excellent care when I brought in my prescription, encouraging me to try lighter-weight designer titanium frames, such as Oliver Peoples, and a second designer option with fun Burberry frames. I purchased both pairs of glasses with custom progressive lenses featuring transition effects. Jason dedicated considerable time, was very helpful, and made this 62-year-old married woman feel more beautiful and inspired. My trip to Nashville was to assist my daughter, who is a surgical resident at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. As a healthcare provider myself, I am typically limited on time for tasks such as obtaining new glasses. I was thoroughly impressed with this store.

Huge shoutout to Andrew and Davon at LensCrafters! They were absolutely awesome—super friendly, patient, and professional. They went above and beyond to fix my frames quickly and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine these days. Thanks again for the amazing help, Andrew and Davon!
