I have a TBI. The entire staff was very patient with me and listened to everything I had to say. I was never rushed. They took time to ask and answer as many questions as it took to get to the bottom of what was going on with my issues. To proceed with a plan of care. There was no wait time upon arrival. Everyone was polite and professional. I’m looking forward to continuing the process with the Eye Institute.

My experience was great the student doctor I believe her name was Melody Sousa was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about my condition. I asked her so many questions and she answered with no problem. Nowadays good service/help is so hard to find or receive but Dr Sousa was fantastic. Just want to say Thank you to her and the more experienced Doctor who also was assisting Dr. Sousa 😊

Friendly intake staff at front desk. Clean modern waiting area. Short wait time until I was seen. Thorough exam by interns (that introduced themselves!) followed by confirmation of their exam findings by the attending/supervising physician. All appeared capable and provided explanations for each procedure during the exam where technical terms were explained in plain english. They did not hesitate to answer all of my questions. My own mother was a patient at this location (convenient with secure free parking) for many years. I was confident enough in her care that now I entrust them with my own "eyes".

My son was very difficult to handle and needed a lot of time anywhere to examine his eyes I rate this place 100/100 for their calmness, knowledge, and the way the doctors and eye assistants treated us. They helped me calmly and solved every issue my son needed help with. They handled him very intelligently and patiently. My son truly needs extra time and gentle treatment in order to get accurate eye exam results, and they absolutely did that. They made him feel safe and comfortable without making me feel embarrassed at any moment. They managed every difficult situation professionally and made everything easier for me despite how challenging it was. I truly give this place my deepest respect. I highly recommend anyone needing an eye exam to come here. Special thanks to OD Anthony Boyd and Natalie.
