Dr. Abraham is excellent! Very knowledgeable and professional. She explains everything very thoroughly and answered all concerns. Love her bedside manner as well.. made me feel very comfortable in discussing my care. Carmen and Lisa were great for the testing process. Beautiful new office in Wyckoff.
I just came out of an appointment at James Tracey Eye Care. The new facility is beautiful The people at the front desk are extremely helpful. Carmen is such a pleasure to see. Great personality too. The technicians/nurses were very thorough in their exams. They explained everything to me clearly and patiently My introduction to this center was when one of my classes needed a repair. I went in and they served me right away and repair was free. That told me these people are serious about their business and very helpful, even to a stranger. My recent appointment with James Tracey Eye Care was at their new location / 360 Franklin Ave. in Wyckoff. The office is quite comfortable and well-equipped with technically sophisticated medical equipment. All staff members were knowledgeable and patient in answering my inquiries. Dr. Abraham is fantastic with her extensive knowledge of my complicated vision issue and ability to communicate clearly. My visit was certainly a wonderful experience!!!
It was my daughter’s first visit with Dr. Merin, and we both absolutely loved her! She struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, making us feel as though we were speaking with a trusted friend. She took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which gave us great confidence that we were in excellent hands. We would also like to recognize Lisa and Carmin, the technicians who made our entire experience so comfortable and positive. Both were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure we felt at ease throughout the visit. I got the best eye exam with Tracy. She found an issue I have had a long time but was never diagnosed. The glasses I purchased there are wonderful with high quality lenses. Enza helped me pick out 2 great styles. I love them.
