Great experience from beginning to end! I called them on short notice and they were able to get me in within 3-4 business days. The office was clean, modern, and comfortable. Everyone there was very pleasant and Dr. Ogonowski was wonderful! I was in and out in 45 minutes. Look no further! This is a great place to go for all your vision needs.

Having moved cross country a year ago, it's been hard to find great doctors we trust here. Well today at Troy Vision Center was just wonderful and the staff was absolutely phenomenal! The place is local and easy to get in and out of as well as park. Inside the shop and offices are just so clean, organized, and modern. The staff were all so down to earth and happy to be there helping me. The doctor was kind, to the point, and efficient at his job but not cold or distant by any means. Felt like I could trust what he was telling me about my eye needs and care, as well as, a safe space for me to ask any questions or concerns without being made to feel dumb. The staff overall really creates a comfortable and inclusive space for patients to be yourself and get the care you need which is always so nice to find in this world. They have a wonderful selection of eyeware and honestly they were not pushy at all about me purchasing anything there. I was given details of what my insurance would cover and how to make it go the furthest I could and then allowed to make the decision for me I felt best without being made to second guess myself or pushed into more cost by staff. I truly think it was a better experince than my previous office I saw for years before our move and that is saying alot.

Dr. Jason Ogonowski took the time to explain everything about my eye health and vision in a way I could easily understand. I really appreciated how Dr. Ogonowski listened to my concerns about dry eye symptoms, trying new contact lenses for the first time and provided thoughtful solutions. The optical team was especially helpful, was great at assisting me with picking out new frames/lenses and explaining my insurance benefits/rebates. I highly recommend Dr. Ogonowski and the entire team for anyone in need of top-notch eye care!"

Troy Vision has been amazing to my family. Allison and the staff go above and beyond for us with our optical needs. The doctor is very knowledgeable and is always very patient with both my kiddos.

I’ve been going here for a long time, and while the optometrist himself is fine and professional, the front desk experience has gotten bad enough that I’m done. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and made the entire phone call more frustrating than it needed to be. It shouldn’t be this difficult to check in or ask a simple question. Because of that, I’m switching to a different practice. The office over on Starbuck Island is where I’ll be taking my business from now on — and my family’s as well. Good care starts at the front desk, and unfortunately this place just doesn’t have it.
