Outstanding overall- Nigel was very skillful in his ability to get my “prep” work done prior to seeing Dr. Kaw. I have historically been unable to do the glaucoma test where that thing touches your eye…. I felt like I was in such great hands that I was able to sail right through it (first time ever). There is something about Doctor Kaw It is the combination of her competence and her kind manner…. I felt seen and I knew I was getting the best possible specialist. The gal who handles the Insurance and gets you set up for cataract surgery, was simply above and beyond, she went out of her way to make me comfortable. I did not have to ask for anything-she simply offered everything that I needed before I even realized it -lowering the blinds because the light was bright, lending me her readers, so I could see the paperwork, and helping me so that my phone didn’t die just over the top care at this place.
