I've been going thr for over six years now and it's always been great even tho it's been different associates helping. The glasses r top quality and I still.have the 1 pair from six yrs ago and unfortunately lost the other pair. I always purchase two pairs at a time because they always have awesome deals on two pairs. I will always go thr for my glasses.
I had a great experience with Doctor Lum. The manager very nice also was able to diffuse a situation that was greatly appreciated involving the black receptionist which was very rude and vulgar and lack of empathy when they made a mistake. Her attitude needs to be adjusted talking with customers.
The staff at the Florida Blvd location will make you look forward to getting an eye exam. They always make me feel welcome & confident that I will leave with the right prescription. Even my child loves going. Highly recommend!
