This location has the best staff. They are friendly, personable, and so professional!! I love Dorothy so much. Her experience and skill set are evident. She made sure I had everything I needed on the lens and insured I went with the best for my warranty package. When Dorothy was not there, The other ladies and gentlemen also showed me excellent care. This is the best location. They will always have my business.

If I could give a zero I would. The Asian doctor who does the eye exam is VERY sarcastic and insufficient. He makes sly comments as if he's playing but really is serious. Depending on his mood you may get good service. Ask the doctor about how he issued the wrong contacts, and prescription, not once but twice? He also disrespected my daughter and that was the last straw! She asked him to re-check her eyes because the left eye was giving her issues, which caused her to struggle to see out the trial pair of contacts. It was one of his bad days! Since he's the owner, making complaints doesn't work so I'd say hit his pocket and take your business elsewhere. Never again, and his wife operates the Seigan Lane location. I hope she is not the same. I'll never find out.

On a Friday evening, just a couple of hours prior to closing, we (me and my husband) had an exceptional customer service experience. Yes, we were both surprised at the warmth, attentiveness, and detail to servicing us. We are both trained in the highest of the service industry (corporate, McCarthy, and Disney). From choosing Eyewear to closing out the sale, notification of product readiness, and closing out the final sale, this crew was next to flawless. And this is not the first time patronizing this store; however, this time of night was a first, and the level of service was consistent and the level of energy made the ultimate difference. I highly recommend you seriously consider and give them your business.

I had the best experience here at Vision 4 Less. From walking in the door being greeted was very welcoming. I was helped and pointed in the right direction. I was a walk in and didn't waste any time getting my eye exam done to walking back on the other side with my prescription. Picked out my glasses with buy 1 get 1 free, yeahhh me. They said it would be an hour wait for my glasses and I received a text saying they were ready less than an hour. Keep up the amazing work Vision 4 Less. 5 stars rating from me.

I was amazed! I called when they opened, the eye doctor answered, I told him what happened, told him I was on my way, he put me in the computer! Everyone was very nice and on the ball! They had my glasses ready in 25 minutes! Couldn’t ask for better service! Thank you!
