1st they lose my glasses for 10 days (dr took them gome is what I was told) now I have to wait on a new pair 😒😒no communication or nothing now.. I have 2 charges on my insurance for glasses i still don’t have so that leaves me with a balance…now nobody informed me they closed on Fridays when i literally called Monday an asked was they hrs was 😒😒never again sooo unprofessional MIND YOU I CANT SEE SO I CANT DRIVE 😒just TRASH ALL THE WAY AROUND NEVER AGAIN a month later still no glasses 😒

The receptionist are rude and dismissive don't want to give you the time of day nor do they listen when you have specific requests for your glasses

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The doctor was very nice. The staff was no help at all. My initial visit was in March. Today I finally received my contact lens. My chart was lost at one point. No one knew how to process the insurance claim. I have received my lens, however I was given the incorrect cleaning solution and I have no plunger to be able to put the contact in. Me or my family will never use this office again.
