I NEVER leave bad reviews, however, I feel like this one is necessary. I had an appointment at 1:30, got called back within minutes- the first person called back. The dr wasn’t even there until 2 walked in talking about how bad traffic was, she went into the room beside me. Didn’t come to see me until 2:45. I had a new insurance card so she did an eye exam then dilated my eyes and told me to go get my card and take it upfront then she would look at my eyes again and get me contacts. (Sent me outside with no sunglasses after dilating eyes) This was about 3:15. Then I sat there and waited. She went in the room with 2 different patients. At 3:50 I walked out. My husband went in and told the receptionist I was leaving and she said you have to understand we have more patients than her… while that is true I feel like if she for one showed up on time and two seen one patient at a time she would have had us all in and out in all that time I was there. Also while I was there a lady that walked in at the same time as I did was STILL in the waiting room when I walked out and was never called back.
