I went in for an eye exam. She was nice and took her time. My problem is with the glasses. I need extra wide frames. They only had 2 pair and can not order. I picked the best of the 2. I was not told they were to large for progressive lens. When they came in I went on home with them thinking my eyes just needed time to adjust. I have worn progressives for 25 years and I have never had a problem. I went back in the girl said yes they were wrong. After waiting I a couple of weeks I called. I do not think they sent my glasses in to replace the lenses. Going back it was a man. He kept saying the frames are to large, I have never been told that and have had larger glasses. In fact if you look on line it says larger is better. I still can't see. I have to lean my head way back or raise the glasses to see through the bottom area for reading. Now I have to wait until next year for new glasses because my insurance will only pay once a year. He doesn't know what he is doing and needs to be replaced. Update, I am sitting here a month later mad as heck. That man needs to be fired. I can't see out of these glasses. They did not send them back in. He screwed up and would not fix them.

I would 10/10 recommend going to her! She helped me out so well! I went to Ferris eye clinic before without insurance and spent $500 on a pair of glasses that's not even the right prescription. Now that I work for Walmart and got insurance I went in for contacts and it turned out the glasses prescription I had was wayyyy off and she gave me a prescription for glasses and contacts and worked with me and I didn't felt rushed at all! Nice and helpful staff as well! I got me a new pair of glasses and I'm also getting a supply of contacts paid with my own money of course since I used my insurance for the glasses now that I finally got the right prescription for both with no problems. I can tell u I'm never going back to Ferris Eye clinic again

I went for an eye exam and was told I had cataracts and was fitted for glasses. The glasses I received were not even close to what corrections I needed, blurred vision and not a bit of how my eyes focused. I was sent to Dr. Hollingsworth and he forwarded his prescription for my glasses. The Walmart Vision Center ordered the new lenses. I got them yesterday and I can't believe how much better I can see! DON'T GO HERE FOR YOUR EYE EXAM! GO TO AN EYE SPECIALIST FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION! The staff w/the center are okay but the optician that's there on Friday is not the one to see!

I fell on my forehead the day before Thanksgiving & which destroyed my old glasses. I went in & got my new eyeglass prescription from Jasper, AL Wal-Mart eyeglass center on 12-01-2017 for $75. Dr. Prince seemed to be nice. Since it is $250 to get the cheapest glasses I can find there, I had planned to buy an emergency pair of glasses online until I could afford the expensive ones at Walmart. They did not include the PD Pupillary Distance on my prescription & I have to go back in Monday to get that. I can't order new glasses online without it. I was told I may have to pay an extra $20 to get my PD on my prescription. I am extremely disappointed & feel cheated! I now have a useless $75 prescription that cannot be used anywhere but Walmart!

Very rude guy with a man bun on his head came to pick up glasses he yeald sit down in wich I said no made me wait a hr to pick up paid for glasses
