For the most part, the staff is friendly. But if you step foot onto the retail side, be prepared for the world's most polite robbery. Behind the smiles is a predatory business model. They sale glasses at an insane mark-up, often 100% above market, and pretend to give you a deal, all while drowning you in unnecessary add-ons. Now, I do not expect price matching to online retail prices, but the mark-ups are insane and indefensible. Furthermore, the staff pretends they can’t do order cancellations or refunds within the 24-hour window. Yet this is commonplace in the industry. They suddenly forgot how to use email when I asked for my prescription, had to go in to get it and then, they omitted PD to make it even more difficult for me to take my business elsewhere. In essence, they found a fool in me, but if you’re reading this, it doesn’t have to be you. Just drive the extra distance to a LensCrafters; you’ll save way more than the money and gas spent to get there.
Great friendly staff!! When I arrived, there was an issue with the scheduling but I was still able to get in immediately. The receptionist, Paige, took great care of me. Thank you Jax Vision Care!
Dr. King is amazing! She is very sweet and understanding. The whole staff is wonderful. They are very friendly
This business is so professional and friendly! Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. My 12 year old went for her first eye exam. She was nervous but was instantly put at ease from check-in, the new eye machine, the doctor, and help choosing frames. The office itself and the environment are very nice too. It is a wonderful selection of frames and products. I am so grateful that we found Jax Vision Care and Wellness.
