If I could give ZERO stars i would I had an appointment i arrived 20 mins before my appointment and i was not done until three hours later and the office staff loves to play favorites like four pepole walked in and got helped and seen before the person with the appointment and the office staff is rude disrespectful i will never be back here ever and i surly will never recommend someone here too also I will contact the BBB

This doctor has the worse service. I've never written a bad review but I've never been this upset about the rude and awful service. I had an eye exam 10 months ago and paid extra for contact prescription. When I ordered contacts today they were 4x more expensive that the last time I ordered. He had changed the brand of contacts. I called to see if he could change the brand back and they told me I would have to get another exam!! I'm not due for an exam I just need to order contacts that aren't so expensive . I also called to ask the doctor to ask why. They said he would call me back but he didn't . I told the front desk I didn't want to write a bad review and Cecelia rudely told me to write the review. So I did. The eye doctor did call me back of course but still would not change the brand of my contacts.

I felt compelled to submit a review because the only review existing on this page is poor - and seems vindictive. I have seen Dr. Erramouspe for three years for contact lens fitting. My most recent pair was very difficult to fit due to my aging eyes that need correction for near, far, and everything in between. Dr. E was incredibly patient and helpful and spent a LOT of time (> 1 hour) trying multiple lens combinations until we found the combination that worked. Highly recommend!!

My whole family had been going to Dr. Erramouspe for years now, back when he was working out of the Damonte Ranch Wal-Mart. We have never had a problem with any services there with the exception of the one time I saw another OD there who I didn't care for at all and don't think she took the proper amount of time for the exam and my prescription was incorrect. He has always taken the time needed to make sure we get the correct prescription and is always friendly and thorough. Now, VisionWorks on the other hand is another story, but not going to comment on then here.
