The vision exam was great. I have gone to Dr. E for many years. The receptionists are friendly and the technician did my pre-testing quickly and took me to the exam room. Dr. E and I discussed my vision concerns and all changes to my care plan and prescription were explained clearly. After the exam, I shopped for new frames. The frame selection was stress-free with so many options. Nikki was wonderful with helping me pick out a great pair of frames and getting all measurements correct for my order. I am looking forward to picking up my new glasses.

The vision exam was quick but efficient. The doctor really listened to what I am struggling with. Shirley was an amazing associate to work with while finding frames that work best for us. She spent time fitting them and finding frames that we didn't even consider, which turned out to be our favorites. She really took time to help and explain the fitting process to make sure we had the most comfortable and durable frames we needed. Loved working with her and will continue to go back to her for all our future needs.

Nikki was absolutely phenomenal. She helped me in ways that I definitely did not expect. I was explaining about how my insurance may not be accepted by them, but she checked and was able to save me so much money. Which enabled me to get a pair of glasses I originally wanted. She was extremely kind, patient, personable, and just an overall delight!

Had a 5pm appointment which: A) I’m thankful they’re open until 6 during the week. B) love that they’re in Meadowood cause that means pretzel treat after. C) Nikki and the rest of the team there were amazing. Very helpful and considerate ! Answered all my questions that popped into my head and worked with me on my new pair of glasses. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured to get out of the store or anything. Thank you again for your help. Keep doing what you’re doing guys !

Wonderful experience! They are so understanding and accommodating. I explained that I could only come late after work and Debbie was willing to stay extra time on a Friday. Definitely recommended. That’s what good customer service is like. Also originally went to the other location and they were not very friendly at all. Definitely come to this one.
