Eyemart Express

Great exam by independent optometrist Dr. P, next door to Eyemart Express, Reno, NV - highly recommend. Arrived early and got to check out Eyemart’s large selection of frames. After my exam Tim helped me determine what my insurance would cover but as my eyes were dilated I had to wait until the next day to finalize my frame choices. Candy helped me the next day and her opinion on frames really helped me pick the cutest frames for my face! As I bought the insurance on my frames/lens I got a free pair of RX reading glasses, which were ready in less than an hour. I haven’t had a better pair of reading glasses EVER. I can read small print book again. Thank you Eyemart Express - especially Candy! (Pic of my readers - trifocals are sent to a lab and take 2 weeks.)

Great customer service! I purchased new lenses for my sunglasses. I received the wrong prescription from my Dr., and wasn't aware until I received my new lenses. I got my correct prescription and they returned to purchase the right lenses. The manager at Eyemart helped me. She replaced they lenses without charging me again, even though it was not their mistake. I can't believe how much she helped without asking for anything in return. WONDERFUL customer service. I'll be back next time I need new glasses or lenses.

They were very nice and had an excellent selection of glasses. They accepted my Silver Summit Medicaid and had a large number of cute frames that were covered. The whole process was quick and easy. My husband’s glasses were ready the next day. Mine, which have an unusual & high prescription were ready in a week. (They usually take 2+ weeks, and up 10 weeks, elsewhere.) I will definitely go there again for my next pair!

Kalei (hope I spelled that right) was absolutely amazing with my son both times. She made him feel excited for his glasses, and helped us pick the perfect pair so they wouldn't hurt him. She also got us in and out in record time which is a huge win for a me with multiple kids getting restless. She deserves a raise and hopefully you guys keep her for a long time! Thanks for making our day brighter.

I will never go back to this location ever again in my life. If your reading this and still go after this then..... Best regards. However I went to this place in February of 2025. I brought in 3 frames and precedence to get lens for all of them with high index, uv coating, sunglasses in one, another one was just blue light filter on one, and one just had extra active transmission lends dark gray. To my surprise I got all of them for ruffly 690.00 and that was out any of my eye insurance because you didn't take it then. I was super happy with my outcome of my eye glasses.... Now let's fast forward to today.... 1 pair with insurance and my own fram cost 300 that's with out tax and then my other two was almost 1000. And that is with insurance. I guess I'll be buying them online from now on. Because these places want to say hey come here we do them the best the next year you try to get the same thing they just raze up the price for no reason. And yes that was the price I paid last year I still have my records. So know that you read it, it's your choice what you'd like to do. Know you are aware of what there all about.
