The team was all really nice and I don’t know much about the office because it was my first time. Scheduling was easy and the team is really really nice. I just wasn’t expecting them to have a policy of requiring the retinol eye imaging with every visit. I’m used to being able to opt for it on a 2 yr frequency and have the choice of whether or not I want imaging. I go annually for contacts and don’t want to have to pay for retinol imaging more than the frequency recommended by my eye doctor 2yr/w eye exam.

Pritchett Eye Care on Moana, made my daughter a experience so awesome. And got her the glasses she needed. And as well for myself in an appointment with her. I lost my eyesight in my right eye and was placed in SSI disability, making my insurance different and was told by other associates I wasn't able to be seen at this location. I was bummed but as I was there they pulled a miracle for me and I was seen with her . We ended up both getting glasses . And they made it such a fun time . Thank you everyone . You all rock.

Pritchett Eye Care got me in next day for an emergency and I wasn't an existing patient. They checked all of their locations for availability so I didn't have to make those calls. During my appointment, every single person was so kind and helpful. I am switching over to them.

Pritchett Eye Care is very professional very clean and very knowledgeable. The new doctor is very kind and so professional and smart I'll definitely be back for my eyes.

They are always friendly and quick to respond to patients. I have been going here for three years. I switched from the office o. Los Altos because I had eye trauma and they told me it would be a week. They gave me the number to the Moana location and I I got in the same day.I recommend the Moana location.
