I chose my very first pair of glasses here! The service is so nice, and when I walked in I immediately got greeted. They have a WIDE range selection of glasses and the PRICES ARE AMAZING SO CUTE AND AFFORDABLE. They even sat me down and told me the prices immediately beforehand of me picking my glasses, and I loved it. I HAVE BEEN TO THREE other places around the coonrapids/blaine area THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO TO. Prices are so affordable and make sense. THEY EVEN GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT.

I had a really efficient experience here. They did a great job of getting me in and out promptly—the whole process only took about 15 minutes! They set me up with my order right away, and I was out the door in no time. At first, when I met with the doctor, it started off a little low-energy and clinical, but she was perfectly pleasant and comfortable to talk to by the end. Highly recommend for anyone valuing their time!

What an excellent experience this morning. Dr. Johnson listened to me. Answered all my questions, he gave me options, but did not pressure me. He respected my opinion. I definitely found my new eye doctor. Thank you Dr. Johnson! Sage was my optician. She was top notch! She also respected my opinion and listened to my wishes. She understood that I have to watch my budget. What I wanted versus what I can afford to spend. I will absolutely be back.

The eye appointment was great and had no issue with exam. Found a pair I liked and when going through everything was told the price which was nearly 400. Then told my insurance VSP was not working as it looked like I used it already which was impossible. Was told they would call my insurance and get back to me. Never heard a thing and my insurance said there is no issue when I called them. At home I found the same glasses online and did all the add ons they did in store and would you know it 195 dollars cheaper on my end. Again eye exam was great but the lack of communication with “SALESPERSON” about price and the their ability or lack there of to use my insurance was disappointing. Will not be returning Update: PearleVision location has tried authorizing my insurance through VSP for over a month. I never purchased glasses here only had an eye appointment. Been trying to buy a pair with insurance online but PearleVision refuses to unauthorized or get rid of hold. Was told I need to buy from them as that’s where my eye appointment was. I know longer know what to do as I don’t got glasses unless I buy from them at an astronomical cost.

Very inhospitable people. All having attitudes. Had my exam and was told to put in New contacts to finish my test. Never asked for a contact exam. Was picking out glasses when I was told I had to pay for a contact exam for $80. I told them no and was then told I had to take the contacts out that they gave me. Ken was very rude and would never recommend them to anyone else.
