had to rewrite my review, For 1 was able to find my old prescription & seen I was -3 -2 & had axis & cylinder filled out.my new prescription was just -1 & -0 nothing else filled out. I feel my eye exam wasn't thorough because I received my lens & it just corrected blurriness and not my actual site. So I ordered 2 glasses with weak prescription. A-little frustrated but glad I didn’t purchase expensive glasses from them . customer service & staff was amazing but i'm mad my prescription was so off & I dont trust them to go back. Just went to another eye exam and was told Cohens was waaaay off.

First time visit, bought 2 items from this store located at Jersey Garden Mall, Jersey City was in the store before noon on Labor Day Monday. At that time, only 3 cashiers opened, line was moving very slow. I was planning to buy 3 handbags and would like to check one of the slippers after the cashier lady scanned and removed the security lock. I would not say she was rude but she was "annoyed" by my request. At the end, I did not buy the bag. Understand working on the front line is challenging, however, customer is also paying for your service, the level of your professional representing the company that you work for. That being said, please keep in mind and stay professional. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I came twice trying to see the doctor and schedule an appointment. The first time, I waited well past my appointment time and eventually had to leave because I had to return to work at the mall. The second time, which was yesterday, I was told the wait would be about 40 minutes if I stayed for an appointment. I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours, only to then be told that my insurance was not accepted. At that point, I was informed I could pay out of pocket instead. However, after already waiting that long without any updates, I was frustrated and disappointed. If I had known sooner, I could have gone elsewhere to receive care. What made the experience worse was the customer service. When I approached the receptionist after waiting for over an hour just to let her know I was still waiting, I felt brushed off and was simply told the doctor had other patients to see. I understand doctors can get busy, but communication and basic courtesy go a long way. Overall, the lack of communication, long wait times, and poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience.
