Dr Coleman was outstanding with us. So helpull and carefully examining my son's retina. His assistant was also very welcoming and helpful, as was the receptionist. Only thing that didn't let me give a 5 stars was the optical shop, as the attendant paid us absolutely no attention.
Been going to this facility for 9 years. Complained about blurry vision for 2 plus years. Turns out my blurry vision is due to macular degeneration, which Jervey missed, including seeing ophthalmologist, which is a doctor of total eye and vision care. Well, doctor missed my recently diagnosis from my primary care doctor who performed a basic test. Considering the amount of years and money spent going to Jervey, they missed the signs of macular Degeneration. Early diagnosis is better. Two years plus of complaining of blurry vision cost me immediate treatment. I am now in wet stage. Find someone more qualified to diagnosis and listen to your problems. This facility only wants your money.
I absolutely love W. Coleman! He’s been very pleasant and thorough. Takes the time to address everything. His staff is very friendly and make you feel human. Ever since I’ve had eye trouble from chemo he’s been there every step of the way to help address my issues even referring me to the right place. The only issue was the optical shop. I was ignored every time. Even after I spoke up for myself another patient had to tell them I was there before them waiting first for a while they obviously felt bad for getting helped before me.
Jervey Eye Group is a clean, professional, friendly, well run eye clinic. Dr. Wm David Coleman is exceptional. You will not be disappointed by trusting them with your eyes.
I Highly recommend Jer ey Eye Group. I had Cataract Surgery in both eyes and I was totally satisfied with the end results. They took great care of me and made certain I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I'd also like to give thanks to Dr. Bruce and his team for the amazing job they did.
