Dr. Hack is wonderful! He is always so friendly, kind, and thorough. He takes his time and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. We’ve always had a great experience with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.
They are very popular and for good reason. My last visit I arrived 10 minutes early and there were 12 other people waiting that had already been checked in. I thought I would be waiting for an hour. That was not the case as I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. They have ample staff that take you in for predoctor procedures. I was dine within 30 minutes. YRMV. Then at checkout when reviewing my upcoming appointment time and place ( they have multiple locations) I was impressed with the way the associated had quick access to where every doctor in the system was at all times. My appointment was found and verified instantly. One more thing I want to add: Without exception they have very friendly and helpful caring staff.
After washing my face in the morning I noticed a shape on the wall that moved along with my eye movements. Never had this experience before. Weird. I called Southern Eye Associates because my wife goes there for her regular eye exams. I wasn't an existing patient, I registered over the phone and was asked to leave a message, someone to call me back. With in minutes I was being asked to go in for an evaluation that morning. I didn't know it at the time,, but they close at noon on Fridays. I arrived at 10:40 and was the last to leave at 12:45. I had many exams, checks, ultrasound and photos,, a complete eye evaluation. Resulting in a diagnosis of PVD. "Posterior Vitreous Detachment. The staff and the doctor explained exactly what it was, and backed it up with reading material to take home. The service can only be described as outstanding. Thank you.
My wife and I have been using Southern Eye Associates for a couple of years. They stand out in several areas when compared to others we have tried in the past. Exams are very thorough and consultations with Doctors are very detailed and easy to understand. Pertinent issues are discussed and, in our case, concerns have been properly addressed, diagnosed and resolved. I highly recommend Southern Eye Associates for maintenance and correction of your vision needs.
Having visited multiple times, I can strongly recommend Dr. Senn. He is incredibly kind, caring, and diligent and I feel very blessed to have him as my eye doctor. The rest of the staff I've interacted with at the Simpsonville location have been very nice as well!
