The worst. Health Care system I’ve ever been a patient off, my first visit was in July 2026, and I still have received PA, referrals and all medication sent to the pharmacy on file. Ridiculous!

I am writing this review to share my personal experience and to encourage parents to be very mindful when seeking mental health care for their children. This nurse practitioner ( Herve Corbel) treated my daughter on three occasions and treated me once as a patient. From the very first visit, the experience raised serious concerns. During sessions intended for my daughter, he repeatedly spoke at length about his own personal life, shifting the focus away from the patient. My daughter was there to receive professional mental health support, not to listen to the provider’s personal experiences. Throughout the visits, his explanations were often contradictory and lacked clarity, which made it difficult to understand the treatment approach or feel confident in the care being provided. When I was seen as a patient myself, I experienced what felt like excessive and unnecessary questioning that did not seem appropriate or relevant. The situation ultimately escalated into an unpleasant verbal confrontation in front of the office assistant, which was deeply upsetting—especially considering that my daughter is a special-needs child and was present in that environment. Children and families seek mental health services with trust and vulnerability, expecting professionalism, respect, and appropriate boundaries. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. I am sharing this so other parents can make informed decisions and ensure their children receive the respectful, supportive, and professional care they deserve.
If you are looking for quality care and reliable service please DONT waist your time with this clinic. The phone system is awful and if you even think about relying on your doctor to follow up, just look for another clinic! I literally had to leave work just to get my medical records because they refused to answer the phone! I mean just AWFUL
If you over 16 weeks pregnant don’t bother coming. I was given the run around for 2 weeks prior then told that the doctor would call me but she never did. This was intentional so I wouldn’t be seen by the Obgyn since I would’ve been further in my pregnancy pass the deadline. I would’ve respected the Doc had she said she couldn’t take me instead of not calling at all. They very picky with who they accept. If you planning to do walk-ins set an appointment even if they tell you to do a walk in. Years ago the clinic was organized and professional now everyone lazy, unprofessional and picky with who they want to take.
I just called to get some info and the nurse who answered was so disrespectful and unpollite. I'll never go to this Care Center.
