Love this office. It’s so hard to find a good eye doctor in Erie. You will definitely be taken care of in this office. Everyone from reception to doctor Jill are nice and welcoming. They do a great job with your eye and contact lenses exams, fitting, communication and feedback. Don’t think twice, you won’t regret seeing doctor Jill
Dr. Cuthbertson is great! However, the staff up front isn't so great. Wait time is horrible, they try and charge for stuff you don't want. They need to speed up service. They've mischarged my insurance. Gave me someone else's contacts. Next time, I'll definitely go to a different eye doctor.

Dr Cuthbertson and staff are excellent. Personal, caring, dedicated. Dr Cuthbertson takes the time to educate patients about good eye health, allows time for questions and doesn’t rush you out the door. This is, refreshingly, not an assembly line approach to patient care.
