I came in for a glasses repair and she fixed them in less than 5 minutes! I told her that I was hoping to additionally purchase a hard shell glasses case to protect my glasses and she gave it to me for free. Very amazing and pleasant experience, everyone was so kind! I will definitely be going back for my regular eye exams!

I had gone here previously and had an OK experience. Had lasik a couple years ago and wanted to go back just to get a checkup. Well it turns out they don't have eye doctors there anymore. After the preliminary stuff where a tech looked at my eyes, they had an AI do the "Does it look better with 1 or 2" questions. Then they left me in a room with a TV blaring ads at me with a countdown timer that I would see an eye doctor for a video call in 5 minutes. 20 minutes after the timer expired I still hadn't seen a doctor and had other appointments to get to. Asked them to just email my results to me and was told they wouldn't do that unless I saw the doctor. And how would I do that when there is no doctor? 65 minutes for a basic eye exam without seeing the doctor and getting no results. I'm sure they'll still charge my insurance though. Absolute waste of my time.

If you are foolish enough to come here for your glasses expect to wait forever. Super slow to say the least. If you have an issue with your order they are almost useless. They push the up sell but don’t help you if the upsell doesn’t work out. Go somewhere else. You will be happier in the end. I would give them zero stars if it would let me.

I truly had a great experience there! I had some trouble figuring out what contacts I needed, and Kate G was so helpful and patient! Even though the store was busy, I felt like I had all of her attention! I would definitely recommend going there!
