I used to get my RGP lenses here at Complete Eye Care, and I just want to say thank you to Grisselda for always being so helpful every time I go there. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable when getting new specs and lenses. The service is truly above and beyond, with excellent customer care.
Far from great. I was crazy to come to this place especially on my way after driving 20 miles with Luft driver he told me that they damaged his mom eyes and they are so bad. I have a voucher that they gave every year in the health fair and it says until May 2027 and because I forgot the voucher and I show him the picture of it and I promise I will drop it tomorrow but I drove 20 miles and only today the doctor is available. He refused and he threatened me if I put any bad feedback he will remove it and he followed me to the street with my paper because I filled all my information and I am so scared because the way he followed me to the street and how he threatened me to remove any feedback about his office is so scary. I know it is a free eye glasses but please don't go because the way how they treat the patient is horrible
So I just went for my first time and it was totally different from the usual experience. I went in picked out some basic frames that I liked and I have the eye exam with Clark, she was really quick and I could tell she was experienced. The prices are fair and it’s interesting seeing everyone involved with getting your glasses from the optometrist to the front desk chick of the store and seeing the guy in the back where they have the lab to actually make the lenses. It literally took only a few hours to come back to pick them up and now I can see clearly again with new lenses with no scratches it’s definitely an underrated place in the South Bay.
Amazing customer service! They have a great selection of both eyewear and sunglasses. They fixed a pair of my sunglasses free of charge, I’ll definitely be coming back and referring friends and family!
